At Waggle Waggle Toys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • Personal care and beauty products are non-returnable
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable

How to Start a Return
Contact the Waggle Waggle Toys team at wtw10107@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Once your return is approved, we will coordinate the return process and provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please note that return conditions may vary for certain products depending on the supplier's policy, and you will be informed in advance if this applies.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact the Waggle Waggle Toys team immediately with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly. In such cases, return shipping will be covered.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Shipping & Delivery
We source and ship products from trusted US-based suppliers to ensure fast delivery within the United States. Estimated delivery times are 5–10 business days. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will investigate and resolve the issue.

Refunds
Once your return is approved and processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the supplier.
